Accessibility is approached two ways: a navigable HTML version and a tagged PDF, on the basis of RGAA 4.1.2. How far it can go depends on the source document; we assess that with you before committing.

Yes. Reader numbers, page views and time spent are measured, and the sections drawing the most interest are identified.
Which devices can the report be read on?
